Melissa Hurdis

Melissa joins the LJ Hooker Seven Hills team with just over three years Real Estate experience. After getting her start at Reception she has worked her way up to her employment goal of becoming a Property Manager with her very own portfolio at LJ Hooker Seven Hills, all whilst knowing the administration processes from the very beginning.

Melissa takes pride in all facets of her role as a Property Manager but truly enjoys getting to know both her landlords and tenants as well as ensuring all issues are resolved in a quick, responsible and reasonable manner ensuring that Landlords are receiving the most out of their investment property. Being a landlord herself Melissa knows how invaluable a good Property Manager is.

When she isn’t successfully handling landlords and tenants requests she is enjoying residing and spending time on the Hawkesbury river with her husband and two children. Her favourite part of her Property Management role is fostering relationships with both her landlords and her tenants and ensuring all clients receive excellent customer service with high personal touch.
